Process of the discovery workshop around the creation of chocolate truffles :

-welcome and visit of the bakery
-explanation of the raw materials, of process methods and different kinds of cocoa (using a file)
-confection of a truffles ganache (vin cuit)
-explanation of the chocolate tempering process and of the curves of temperatures
-small break for refreshment (drinks and snacks)
-products finishing and decorating
-packaging and decoration

-a recipe file
-chocolate truffles to take with you (approximte 30 francs value) in a nice gift-wrapped box
